Job: New Homes Sales Negotiator (E.Sussex)

Our client , a large national house builder, is looking for a very experienced new homes negotiator for a site launching in late spring. You will be initially working from a large database to get reservations prior to launch and will be working single handed from the end of February until launch. This entails working every weekend during this period. you will then be joined by other negotiators and there will then be some flexibility. This is a large site, which will last for some time  and you will be joining a well-established company , with a good basic and commission. In return , you will need to offer good communication skills,  knowledge and experience of off plan sales , and a commitment to achieving the maximum possible in each deal.
