Job: New Homes Sales Negotiator

Our client is acting for a well known developer of large prestige schemes throughout the Home Counties. We are urgently seeking a second person to support the existing sales staff on a very busy development.  It is more important that you are organised and able to keep records accurately than a competitive sales persons although you will be required to sell and demonstrate an ability to do so .  There is a large overseas property database and numerous sales in progress , so if you have experience of dealing internationally that would be an advantage. Prerequisites are : good presentation , computer literacy and a calm manner under pressure.  If you think this is you , please get in touch .

Saturday work essential , Sundays off, one day off during the week
