Highflyers has grown each year since its inception in 2003. We wanted to offer a service of the highest quality, and both clients and staff have always been added to our portfolio by recommendation only. As The Company grows we are able to provide staff to a wider area both geographically and in expertise.
Our main focus has been on building up a team of staff who are committed to doing the best job they can as part of the Highflyers team. In order to achieve this, we have a programme of ongoing training, both in-house and outsourced, and Marilyn keeps a close eye on all staff wherever they are placed.
Part of our strength has been to develop and maintain strong relationships with our Clients, placing us in an ideal position to anticipate changing requirements.
As we continue to expand, we have added new services to our list. In addition to providing top-flight sales negotiators, we can also provide staff to cover your many other requirements. We can now provide administrators for your sales office, admin personnel, mystery shoppers, estate agency sales and lettings negotiators , and market researchers. Key to this is flexibility – we can provide permanent placements or provide somebody just for the day to suit your needs .
With market conditions continuing to change, we are also doing permanent placements , bringing the same dedication and commitment to finding the best of the best to fill your openings. Further to our excellent sales team , we have added a small selection of construction based positions to our list.
